I used to live on chips and quest and cheese pizza. I literally busted out of my jeans on a regular basis. I was too embarrassed to ask anyone for help. 

I know what it's like to want to change how you look and feel but have no idea where to start. That's why after changing my body, I decided to become a personal trainer - so I could help  others overcome the same struggle I did.

That's why I created online personal training - to give you a path and guidance to follow. You can do it on your own, with some support from me. Not only have I been where you are, but I've made it my life's work to educate myself to be able to educate and guide you.

Goal Assessment

When you work 1:1 with me, we will have an in depth discussion about your goals and create a plan just for you. Depending on the level of service you choose this may be via email or virtual meeting.

Customized Plan

Your plan will be based on your goals, lifestyle, wants and needs. We will create a nutrition and workout plan together that will consider these things as it is custom to you. We will work on creating healthy habits to simplify this for you. No two people are the same - your plan shouldn't be either.

Coaching

As your coach I will check in with you and hold you accountable to your plan. If you aren't happy, able to maintain the plan or making progress, we change the plan. It's as simple as that. I will also share my best tactics to help you get results.

Support

In all of my programs you will meet a group of incredibly supportive women doing this on their own as well. The encouragement of like minded women can help you maintain momentum. And I will be there to support you and have your back the entire journey!

What happens when I join online personal training?

You will have immediate access to the workouts, free app, video demos and private Facebook group. I will also send you an email within 24 business hours to "meet" you, learn more about your goals, and walk you through the program. I will also send you a training manual to help you fully understand everything you have access to with online personal training so you can get the most out of your membership.

For details about #Commit2Fit group coaching, go to commit2fitcoaching.com to get details including when the next session begins. This opens up once a quarter so if you are interested in working with me make sure you add you name and email address to that page and I will get in touch with you in the next 48 business hours.

When you apply for the 1:1 mentorship you will hear back from me within 12 business hours to determine if we are the right fit. From there we will set up a consultation and I will guide you the entire way from there.

What is the difference between the basic membership, #Commit2Fit group coaching and the 1:1 mentorship?

The basic membership is $13.97 a month and gives you access to the members' only portion of my site. You will get the daily workouts via email, app and website calendar with QUICK, high quality video demos. It gives you access to email with me if you have questions and private Facebook group for coaching and accountability. This is the best route for you if you have experience with training, have good habits instilled and can do it on your own. This is NOT for you if you need accountability to keep you on track.

#Commit2Fit group coaching is a 12 week program that many do over and over again. During these 12 weeks you and I will come up with a plan for you to help you create the habits that will help you create a body and life you love. This will include regular workouts based on my exercise program, a nutrition plan that is approachable for your wants and needs and regular check ins to ensure you are getting results and feel satisfied. All coaching is via our small (25 person, max) private Facebook group and email. This is a great option for you when you feel you need coaching and accountability as you begin your journey, approach any new challenge or kick things up a notch. This is not for you if you are unwilling to open up and do the work.

The 1:1 mentorship gives you access to me anytime (within reason of course!) as your guide in your journey. This requires a three month minimum as habits take time. We will begin your journey with a 45 minute consultation so we can get to know one another before we commit, and to ensure we are the right fit. We will curate the best plan for you to achieve your goals through daily/ weekly/ monthly planning and intention setting; regular workouts tailored to you; nutrition guidance and meal planned designed specifically for you. We will have regular communication and follow ups to ensure the plan is working, you are getting results and you are happy. This is right for you if you need more assistance and are serious about getting your health together. This is not a good fit if you are not committed to being vulnerable, opening up and being coached.

What is the group coaching program?

The group coaching package is my program, #Commit2Fit. This is offered four times a year and limited to a select number of clients each session. This program includes everything offered in the basic membership, a custom meal plan, check ins, accountability, and 12+ weeks of nutrition education to help you master your relationship with food and make the decisions that will help you achieve your goals.

There are several pricing options I have curated specifically to make this accessible to anyone.  These can be found at commit2fitcoaching.com when each session is open for enrollment. You may also inquire via email as there may be a way to receive a discount if you are a current member of Kyra Williams Fitness or the 1:1 mentorship.

What is the 1:1 mentorship?

The 1:1 mentorship gives you access to me anytime (within reason of course!) as your guide in your journey. This requires a three month minimum as habits take time. We will begin your journey with a 45 minute consultation so we can get to know one another before we commit, and to ensure we are the right fit. 

After ensuring that we are ready to begin a journey together, we will curate the best plan for you to achieve your goals. We will communicate in your favorite method (email, virtual call, Voxer, or any combination of these) to set intentions each week, check in on those as well as your habits, and look at what you are eating and why. The goal is to help you understand yourself better so you make choices in alignment with your goals.

Your workouts tailored to you. Your nutrition guidance and meal planned designed specifically for you. We will have regular communication and follow ups to ensure the plan is working, you are getting results and you are happy. This is a three month commitment and is truly for you if you are serious about your health and fitness. Application is necessary and pricing options will be discussed upon application.

Can I upgrade my plan?

How do I cancel?

I use Stripe/ PayPal to handle all of my transactions so everything is secure. The best method to cancel your membership is to shoot me an email and I can cancel future transactions. To learn more please see the terms and conditions.

What about refunds?

Since these are services rendered I do not offer refunds for the basic membership for online training. But hopefully you enjoy everything offered and we never have to have this conversation. Please see commit2fitcoaching.com for details about refunds on group coaching. To learn more go here.

Do you offer phone calls, video chats, etc?

For the basic membership and group coaching, you can add on one-time calls at KyraWilliamsFitness.com/addons as they do not come with that level of service. However if you need help with form on a lift, you can always upload your videos to our private Facebook group and I am happy to help there.

For the 1:1 mentorship, yes, we will have weekly meetings. 

What equipment do I need?

For workouts you will need dumbbells, resistance bands, a stability ball and a jump rope. If you have kettlebells, a barbell and plates, a bench or box and perhaps a medicine ball, that is awesome, but not required.

For the nutrition program a food scale will be required.

What level are the workouts?

As a member of Kyra Williams Fitness or #Commit2Fit group coaching, workouts are the same no matter what level. Expect to see movements like lunges, chest press, squats and burpees. If you are a beginner, using less weight while mastering the movement is recommended. Doing 3-4 days rather than diving into all six each week is also recommended, or even breaking up three workouts into six days could be a way to build your endurance.

If you are looking to take your fitness to the next level, there are opportunities for that. You will work to one, three and five rep maxes. You can add more weight. 

I also offer modifications for some exercises to make them more approachable like side planks with one knee down as well as modifications to make exercises more difficult like doing a push up with one foot elevated. 

However, in #Commit2Fit group coaching you and I will work together to create a plan for you based on your needs, your schedule and these workouts. In the 1:1 Mentorship we will create a custom plan entirely for you.

I already do CrossFit/ Orange Theory/ Bootcamps/ Etc. Can I still do this?

I am a competitive CrossFit athlete myself and have been for over seven years. I know what it takes to be good at the sport and I know what it takes to drop fat while also getting stronger and faster. I am also an L2 coach so I can add whatever it takes to your program to help you get stronger and assist with your diet so that you are a better athlete and more comfortable in your skin. I always want my clients doing what makes them happy.

I have road races/ obstacle course races/ triathlons coming up. Can I still do this?

Yes. In fact you SHOULD do this. Part of being prepared for an event like this and be a healthy while doing so involves strength training. Having a strong core, strong back and healthy joints is crucial to injury prevention. This program includes so much single arm/ leg work that will keep your muscles balanced and stable which will keep you healthy as you train for your event. 

I truly love helping my clients prepare for their races and hit PR's. I have experience training runners with distances from 5k to ultra marathons, triathlon sprints and even the Toughest Mudder! 

I work long/ odd hours. Will this work for me?

Of course! We all have very different schedules and your plan – food and workouts, must work for you. That’s what I am here for – to listen to your needs and make sure you can follow your plan. If it’s not accessible for you then you will not have success. I can help you work around any kind of schedule. Not to mention, when you work odd hours it makes it harder to get to a class, see a trainer or even make it during your gym's open hours. My program allows you to workout from home, on your own time.

What if I have specific dietary needs such as gluten free, auto immune issues or I am vegan?

I can work around any of your dietary needs with the exception of the vegan meal plan. These plans are not created by a computer, but by a human who understands the amount of calories you need to have energy during the day, but also be able to build muscle and lose fat. Working around certain dietary needs is not difficult to build into your plan and still ensure you get enough of each macronutrient your body needs. We will prioritize your gut health, ensure you are getting your micronutrients as well.

I am also a certified nutrition specialist through Metabolic Effect. I am educated in hormonal issues and have worked with and feel comfortable working with clients with the following issues.. thyroid (hyper and hypo), PCOS, peri and post menopause, pregnant, adrenal fatigue, auto immune and pre-diabetic.
